Funding to help conserve heritage
The Heritage Lottery Fund’s First World War: then and now programme is making grants of £3,000 to £10,000 to enable groups to explore, conserve and share their Great War heritage and deepen their understanding of the impact of the conflict.
Berwick MP Anne-Marie Trevelyan is urging groups to consider applying for the funding.

“We honour them by never forgetting that sacrifice and bravery and I hope that everyone would want to find out more about the legacy of the conflict.”
