Event for air ambulance and cancer research

A COFFEE morning in aid of the Great North Air Ambulance and Cancer Research UK takes place this weekend.
The event in Broadway Methodist Church, Cullercoats, runs from 10am to noon on Saturday and includes flower arranging demonstrations, raffles, and a food stall.
Erika Nergaard, from Monkseaton, has organised the event as part of a wider fundraising programme which includes her taking part in a marathon coastal trek in New Zealand.
Entry is £1.
