THE Percy Hedley Foundation has received £3,000 from staff at Procter & Gamble in Seaton Delaval.
The Forest Hall school, which teaches children with cerebral palsy and speech difficulties, received the money from P&G workers who have children at the school, Gordon Waugh and Colin Washington.

Des Bustard, Percy Hedley's fundraising manager, said: "The contribution will help us to continue to create a stimulating and enjoyable environment for children with special needs.

"Without the help of fundraisers like P&G we could not provide some of the essential specialist equipment and support needed by the children and their families."
