CULT rock musical The Little Shop of Horrors is heading to Wallsend this month.
North Tyneside’s youth performing arts group Signature will be bringing the show to the Langdale Centre between March 13 and 15.
The infamous show, by composer Alan Menken and writer Howard Ashman, is about a hapless flower shop worker who raises a plant that feeds on human blood.
The show starts at 7pm and tickets are £8 for adults and £4 for concessions.
To book, contact Ian Colthart on (0191) 643 8520 or email@example.com They are also available from the Linskill Centre, YMCA North Tyneside or any cast member.
Signature is a group for young people aged between 13 and 18, and is funded by North Tyneside Council’s Music Service.
The youngsters develop their performance skills during weekly Saturday morning sessions, working with staff on their vocal, dance and drama skills.
Little Shop of Horrors is the group’s first major performance for 2012.
