ARSENAL have edged ahead of Chelsea in race to sign Andrei Arshavin while also being linked with £18m move for Ajax striker Klaas-Jan Huntelaar, Tottenham want Blackburn's David Bentley and Liverpool add Steve Finnan to offer for Aston Villa's Gareth Barry.
