A Wallsend pub has been busy raising hundreds of pounds for charity in just a matter of hours.

Scott and Colin – and alter ego Chastity Values – from the Duke of York in Wallsend, have joined forces with their regulars to raise cash for charity.

The pub has already raised £1,356 for worthy causes so far this year, and at their latest event for Cancer Connections, they raised £356 in just three hours when Chastity entertained regulars with her routines, and got the money rolling in with tombolas and an entertaining last card standing game.

More charity nights are planned for later this year and the regulars at the Duke of York have vowed to continue to back the duo’s fundraisng efforts.
