A housebuilder is showing it has the key to successful sales as it reports a surge in interest at its North Tyneside site.

Taylor Wimpey North East is reporting healthy sales at its West Park department in West Monkseaton.

And the developer says its part exchange scheme has played a big part in the success.

Sales and marketing director Karl Morton said: “The part exchange scheme has helped to make the buying process even easier as Taylor Wimpey becomes the cash buyer of your home at 100 per cent of the market value.

“We even manage the estate agent fees, meaning you can relax and get the keys to your new home sooner.”
