Its shops include a vintage cafe, old-fashioned sweet shop, ice cream parlour, antique shop, gifts, pet shop, photographer’s, tattoo parlour, clothing store, hairdresser’s, shoe shop and barber’s.

Amy McCormick, owner of the Little Antique Co and the Dressing Room Boutique, said: “I opened my first business in Green Ginger over two years ago.

“The reason I chose to open within the building was because I felt the church was the very heart of the town and already very well established.”

“As a little girl its a place that I visited many times. I remember coming into the church when I was about ten and seeing the ‘Super Gran’ bike hanging above on the ceiling and thinking ‘wow’.

“It always had a warm and friendly atmosphere and its still the same today.”
