The Shiremoor House Farm in North Shields has celebrated its 25th anniversary.
And to mark the occassion management held a huge prize draw and served a specially brewed Celebration Ale from Cullercoats Brewery
The pub, one of the Sir John Fitzgeralds group, was 25 years old on November 4 and customers were treated to free Prosecco, canapes and treats for the kids, all to celebrate the quarter century.
Managers Bill and Sheena Kerridge have been there from the start and pulled out all the stops for a true celebration.
They commissioned brewer Bill Scantlebury to create a special pale ale just for them, and were delighted with the creamy, balanced 3.8% all English brew, on sale for a celebratory £2.25 per pint.
All customers are invited to fill out a postcard when they visit this week, to be entered into the grand draw on November 11, with a long list of prizes.
