A business working alongside North Tyneside Council has a new addition to its team as it looks to continue its growth.
Christine Brennan has been appointed to the newly created post of business development manager at Capita Symonds.
The 31-year-old will aim to help the company take advantage of growth opportunities across the region and Scotland.
Christine, originally from South Tyneside, said: “I am delighted to have been appointed as business development manager.
“It’s an exciting time to be joining Capita Symonds in North Tyneside. I’m really looking forward to the new challenge, which will enable me to use the skills I have gained to further promote the business.”
In November last year, Capita Symonds entered into a partnership with the council to deliver a range of technical services – engineering, property, planning, building control and public protection.
Operation director Barry Pilkington said: “We are delighted to welcome Christine on board. Christine is going to play a key role in helping us grow the business and raise our profile from our base in North Tyneside.”
