A Monkseaton man has been taken on to help a firm of solicitors develop its services.

Clint Milnes is the new head of change management at Winn Solicitors as part of its business growth strategy.

Mr Milnes brings more than 15 years’ experience as a practising solicitor to the newly created role.

Winn Solicitors specialises in non-fault road-traffic accident, personal injury and accident at work claims.

Mr Milnes said: “Winn Solicitors is one of the most progressive law firms in the North East and I am delighted to be joining at such a key stage in its development.”

Over the coming months, Mr Milnes will be working alongside the firm’s directors and senior team to explore options to develop its services, target new markets and identify additional revenue streams as part of the roll-out of its acquisitions strategy.

Jeff Winn, managing director, said: “Clint’s appointment comes at a time of significant strategic development for us; his extensive experience in multi-track cases, occupational disease, clinical negligence and cost recovery will be extremely valuable to us.”

Mr Winn added: “The personal injury and claims sector is facing a number of challenges and Clint will be working closely with directors and senior managers to ensure that we continue to provide our clients with the highest quality legal expertise, outstanding customer service and efficiencies across all of our professional departments and teams.”
