COUNCIL: No response to my flooding enquiry

On June 26, I rang North Tyneside Council offices to speak to someone with regards flooding, as I was instructed to by the National Flooding Forum.

The person was not in but I was told a message would be left for them to contact me. I was also given a case number by way of an email.

When I had heard nothing by July 13, I sent an email to them. This brought the response that I would hear from them in two working days. Again giving me a case number.

I have still to hear from them.

So much for all the hype from the mayor etc. I notice she still has time for photo opportunities, but I suppose my enquiry does not warrant a photo opportunity.
