Youngsters and their parents raised more than £100 for charity across two dance sessions in aid of Breast Cancer Now.

Laura Prince, of Dance in Education, organised the events as part of Pink October in Whitley Bay.

There were sessions in St Mary’s Church Hall and Whitley Bay Library, where tombolas raised more than £138. Youngsters danced and sang, and on the final session met a Princess from Disney’s Frozen.
