NORTH Shields Rotary Club is once again organising the St Oswald’s Hospice Golf Day.
The event, on Friday, June 21, will be held at Tynemouth Golf Club, which is celebrating its centenary year.
This is the 17th year rotary has organised the day at Tynemouth.
And it has raised more than £82,000 for cancer and other life limiting condition charities.
This will be the sixth year St Oswald’s Hospice has benefitted. The competition is a fourball stableford and a team costs £160, which includes a meal.
There are prizes for individual and team scores, nearest the pin and longest drives. There will also be a raffle.
Entries should be sent to Richard Pickering, 11 Tynedale Terrace, Newcastle upon Tyne NE12 8AY.
He can also be contacted at firstname.lastname@example.org
Cheques should be made payable to ‘Rotary Club of North Shields St Oswald’s Appeal’.
