Help to get businesses fit for 2016

Businesses are being invited to a free event focussing on getting their business fit for 2016.

‘Showbiz 2016 – Boost Your Business’ Health and Performance’, will include a series of 10-minute quick fire information sessions from industry experts, giving details on topics including the economic forecast, minimum and living wage, workplace pensions and Universal Credit.

There will also be an opportunity for networking.

Keynote speakers include Lee Gardener, a former Royal Marines Commando, and Andrew Hebden, the Bank of England Deputy Agent. Mr Hebden is responsible for gathering economic intelligence from the north east business community.

The event will be held at TyneMet College on Friday, March 18, from 8.30am until 12.30pm. Refreshments and lunch are provided.
