A housing developer has unveiled new houses on its latest development in Benton.

Taylor Wimpey North East is due to start work on its Holystone Park development in the coming months.

The development, just off Holystone Crescent, will offer prospective buyers a choice of 237 new homes in a variety of three to five-bedroom styles.

Karl Morton, sales and marketing director for Taylor Wimpey North East, comments: “We’re very excited to finally unveil our plans for Holystone Park.

“Planning permission from North Tyneside Council was granted in October last year, and we are working hard to bring new, modern and value-for-money homes to the Benton area.”

The homebuilder will be making investments of £1.5m in the local community, including contributions to primary and secondary education, an extension to the popular Rising Sun Country Park and 101 allotments.

Karl added: “We have already had high levels of early interest in the new development, and it is great to see the local community’s excitement at the prospect of modern and affordable homes.

“We’re certain the launch will be a great success, so I would encourage any interested house hunters who would like to hear more about the homes and the launch to visit our website now to register their interest.”
