A group of women bared their all to show that beauty comes in all shapes.
More than 20 women of all ages had their modesty covered with a range of items as they went naked for a photo shoot at King Edward’s Bay.
The event was the brainchild of Amy McCormick, who was keen to show that ‘every body is beautiful’ as she marked the first anniversary of her store, The Dressing Room boutique in Tynemouth.
Amy, 29, said: “All the models were regular customers.
“My shop caters for plus size women and my business is all about making larger women feel confident.
“The shoot was to promote that every body is beautiful.
“We had a real mix, there was one woman who was heavily pregnant and another from Tynemouth WI.”
The pictures are going on display in her shop, in the Land of Green Ginger in Front Street, and at the Grand Hotel in Tynemouth next month.
Amy, who previously worked for Avon Cosmetics, is holding a fashion show on July 3, at the Grand Hotel featuring her regular customers.
Tickets cost £5 and are available from the shop.
