A marketing manager is continuing to build on her career after picking up a top award from her employers.

Dawn Tindle won the national award for individual excellence at Barratt Developments.

The 31-year-old, based at the company’s north east division in Newcastle, was recognised for the impact she has made on the business since joining in 2012.

Her work on enhancing the division’s digital presence and devising innovative campaigns has led to increased website visits and sales rates.

Dawn, of Longbenton, said: ““Housebuilding is a really exciting industry to work in and I’ve had the chance to get involved in a great range of marketing campaigns.

“It’s fantastic to be recognised at this level for my work.”

Fenton Hewitt, sales director at Barratt North East, said: “We’re delighted at this achievement.

“Dawn has had a massive impact on our marketing plans over the last 12 months.

“She has moved us into the digital age and regularly produces evidence of the success of this strategy.”
