Classes will help boost youngsters’ self esteem

MOVEMENT and relaxation classes aimed at helping children’s physical and emotional development are being held in Whitley Bay.

The classes, created by UK company Relax Kids, will be running at Runamokka in Whitley Road, from Tuesday, February 26, at 11.15am until noon.

A range of activities, including movement games, stretches and relaxation exercises, will help two to four-year-olds make new friends and develop their imagination while boosting their self esteem.
