Daniel takes on new role at property firm

A Newcastle-based chartered surveyors and property consultants has appointed a Cullercoats man.

Johnson Tucker has taken on Daniel Capobasso as investment surveyor and associate partner, to support the development of its portfolio of private property clients.

Daniel, who lives in Cullercoats, graduated with a first class degree in mathematics and statistics from Newcastle University together with a Masters in real estate from Northumbria University.

David Johnson, who is a partner at the firm, said: “Daniel is a very good addition to our team.

“His expertise spans valuations, private client reports, landlord and tenant work and agency, so he can provide investment advice based on a sound understanding of property-related matters.”

“We are delighted to welcome him to the firm,” he added.

Daniel said: “It was my ambition to find a role in investment agency and work in the Newcastle area.

“I was delighted to accept this opportunity with Johnson Tucker because it will allow me to build on my all round experience within the fast moving investment agency market.”
