Firefighters tackle house blaze - Video

FIRE crews were called to a house fire in Whitley Bay around lunchtime on the Bank Holiday Monday.

Neighbour Victoria Cliffe raised the alarm when she saw flames coming from a shed in the property in Warkworth Avenue.

Two fire engines were called to the scene to put out the blaze.

No one was injured.
