Free lessons in computer basics available at centre

FREE lessons in computer basics are being held in the borough.

In partnership with Acorn Computers, North Tyneside Council is delivering the classes at the Shiremoor Centre in Earsdon Road, Shiremoor.

The drop-in style classes are available now, and will focus on how to use a keyboard, setting up and sending e-mails, and using the Internet.

Sessions are held every Monday and Thursday from 10am to noon. No pre-booking is required.
