A WHITLEY Bay woman is appealing for public support to help her and her friends land their dream trip abroad.

Helen Davis has been shortlisted with nine other people vying to win the ultimate flight of fancy on their own private party plane with Jet2.com.

Her entry stood out as she hopes to join 99 other guests in painting Benidorm red by dressing from head to toe in red morph suits.

Helen said: “The chance to win a private plane party is absolutely amazing and I’m so pleased to be shortlisted.

“Benidorm is such a fun place and I thought painting the party town red would work really well – especially since red is the colour of Jet2.com too.”

Jet2.com launched the competition as part of its tenth birthday celebrations.

Chief executive Steve Heapy said: “We’ve been overwhelmed with the number of entries received from party goers hoping to win this totally unique flight of a lifetime.”

Voting closes at 9am on Monday, March 4, with the winner being announced at noon that day.
