An evening of outdoor theatre is taking place for the first time in the borough.
Heartbreak Productions is putting on ‘Pride and Prejudice’ at Cobalt Centre, Cobalt Park, on Tuesday, August 5.
Attendees are welcome to bring along their own picnics and refreshments or visit the Electric East pop up restaurant.
Incorporating music and dance, the immersive production will sweep the audience into the opulent world of society balls and amorous love affairs.
Suitable for those aged eight and over and anyone with a penchant for etiquette, Heartbreak Productions’ adaptation of Pride and Prejudice hopes to wow a whole new audience with an elegant display of wit and refined mischief.
Tickets are available from the MORE Information Centre, Cobalt Central, Cobalt Business Park, between 8am and 5pm weekdays, and cost £13 for adults, £11 MORE Card and concession, and £9 children.
