An expanding team is helping to keep a business park looking its best.

Cobalt Park’s onsite management ‘MORE’ team has doubled in size this January, adding four new wardens to the team creating a sustainable workplace.

The new wardens will be responsible for keeping the park in shape, helping visitors, providing security services, keeping the roads clear providing bike maintenance and more.

Lynn Cramman, business development manager at Cobalt Park, said: “Every member of the MORE team plays a role in creating a positive working environment.

“The current success of the park is testament to the hard work of the entire team and something which they deserve to be very proud of.

“The new team members will add an extra dimension to the current offer and more of an external on the ground presence day to day.”

Wayne Jones, warden supervisor, added: “The workforce at Cobalt has increased substantially in the last 12 months, we are delighted to welcome the new team who will enhance the truly rewarding working environment.”

Paul McCormack, park warden, said: “I can’t wait to get stuck into this new role, being with Newcastle Council as a neighbourhood warden for over 15 years’ I have a lot of experience to bring to the role.

“As the park covers an area the same as Newcastle Town Moor to Newcastle Tyne Bridge we have a lot to keep us busy”
