New store works its way to Royal Quays

A new store is aiming to find the right way to work its magic for shoppers.

American clothing brand Dickies is the latest to open its doors at Royal Quays Outlet Centre in North Shields.

The company has been designing high quality workwear since 1922 and features a range of men’s and ladies workwear including jackets, trousers, coveralls, hoodies and sweats.

Also in stock are high visibility garments, flame retardant clothing, safety footwear and accessories as well as Dickies own casual streetwear.

Store manager Amanda Laverick said: “The store opened at the start of June and I have a team of four working alongside me.

“The location is fantastic and I am having a great time running Dickies, it’s like a family here at Royal Quays.

“This is also the first Dickies store in the UK to offer customers a comprehensive range of work tools.”

Royal Quays Centre manager Judith Ramshaw, said: “Amanda and the team have settled in very well and we are delighted to welcome Dickies to Royal Quays.

“The store has a diverse offering for customers and complements the wide range of well-known prestigious brands and specialist retailers.”
