Bus passengers have been quizzed on whether North Tyneside Council is heading in the right direction.
Staff from the council’s engagement team hopped on and off buses travelling to and from the borough into Newcastle.
The ‘pink ladies’ asked passengers of all ages to give their opinions on the council, its services and if they feel the council needs to improve further.
The questions asked will help the council gather views and experiences of residents and visitors.
Mayor Norma Redfearn said: “We have made a commitment to listen to our residents about council services and issues that are important to them.
“I’m really grateful to everyone who has taken the time to speak to the team. All the comments – whether they’re positive or negative – are vitally important to us.”
