CHILDREN with cerebral palsy are being invited to take part in two sports days.
North Tyneside Council’s sports development team, in partnership with the charity Cerebral Palsy Sport (CP Sport), is hosting the events at The Parks Sport Centre, Howdon Road, North Shields.
A multi-sport development day, for children with cerebral palsy and their siblings, takes place on Wednesday, June 15, from 10.30am to 2.30pm.
Sports on offer will include athletics, boccia and table cricket.
And on Wednesday, July 13, from 10am to 2pm, a football development day will be held for ambulant children aged nine and over.
Both events cost £5 to take part.
