A school is holding two summer camps in July and August.

Kings Priory School will be running a dedicated multi-sports camp and a more varied activity camp across its two sites in Tynemouth.

Children aged five to nine are invited to the Tynemouth Summer Activity Camp on the Percy Park Road site, with a range of activities including a Forest School, multi-sports, film and drama and circus skills.

Children aged nine to 14 are invited to the Tynemouth Summer Sports Camp which will be based on the Huntington Place site, with all activities provided by professional coaches.

Activities are open to those children who do not attend the school.

The camps are set to run from Monday to Friday on the weeks commencing July 25, August 1, August 8 and August 15. They will run from 9am until 4pm each day.

As part of the sports camp, a special Soccer School will also take place at the school for children aged nine to 14 from August 1 to August 5, led by coaches from the Newcastle United Foundation.

There are limited number of places available for the Soccer School.

The cost is £95 per week per child for the camp and the Soccer School.
