Men at the borough’s biggest business park are showing their support for men’s cancer during November.

Staff at Cobalt Business Park are bringing back the moustache during Movember to raise awareness and funds for men’s health programmes, including prostate cancer, testicular cancer and mental health issues.

Cobalt Business Park are encouraging staff to join in by registering online to join the Mo Cobalt team and share their Mogress on the Mo Cobalt Mospace page.

And Cobalt Business Exchange held a big Mo Cobalt shave down last Thursday ahead of November starting with barber Chris Moon, from Kutz Barber Shops, helping out. Amy Carroll, events and communications manager at Cobalt Business Park, said: “We are delighted to be supporting Movember again, this has been a really exciting year for Cobalt with hundreds of new staff joining the park, and they have fully embraced the sense of community we have here at Cobalt adding to the truly rewarding working environment.”

Chris added: “We were delighted to be able to support Movember again this year as a traditional family run Barbershop in North Shields and Whitley we wanted to offer our wet shave expertise to the masses locally at Cobalt to help support this wonderful cause.”
