INTERNATIONAL visitors have been learning about life in a Wallsend school and the history of the region.
Staff and pupils at Jubilee Primary School welcomed their partners from the Comenius Partnership to the school.
The partnership involves primary schools from Bulgaria, Spain, Romania, Turkey, Lithuania and Sweden as part of an international collaboration into education and culture, with each school hosting a visit from the other countries.
The latest theme has been ‘Tell Europe A Tale’, with pupils at Jubilee putting on a performance of The Lambton Worm.
The visitors were also taken on a tour of the school and treated to an afternoon tea.
