AFTER last week's win North Shields had to make a few changes for the trip to Seghill, giving young Chris Flanaghan his first senior game against a large Seghill pack.
North Shields played well in the first half, opening the scoring with a try by Cameron Pearson converted by Neil Watts.

Seghill replied with an unconverted try to make the half time score 5-7.

The second half was even until the last 20 minutes when both teams started to tire.

Seghill found some fresh players from the first team bench to steal the win with a try in the dying minutes of the game.
