IN the Premier Division's all North Shields derby clash Billy Mill got the better of arch rivals Formica after a tremendous game that could have gone either way with chances at both ends.
But it was the Mill who emerged victorious winning 3-2.

Highlight was a brilliant 35-yard strike from Dave Pill with further goals from Mark Minto and Paul Gibbs. The Formica replies came from Mark Richards and an own goal.

by Dudley and Weetslade edged out Burradon FC 3-2 with goals from Adam Scope Andy Kennedy and Chris Philipson.

Lee Isbister and Craig Forrest were on target for Burradon, who had more chances.

Seaton Burn Moorhouse and Seghill SC were involved in a close game with the 'Hill winning 2-1.

Man of the match Mike Dickinson and Mark Noble were on target for the winners while Adam Walker replied for the Moors, who had Mark Watson in good form.

Reigning champions Shankhouse United, minus a number of regulars, found the going tough against Forest Hall Amice, the game ending all square at 2-2.

The Gustard brothers got the goals for Shankhouse with the Amice reply an Adam Smallridge brace.

Division One pacesetters Blyth Sports and Social continued their impressive form with a comprehensive 6-2 demolition of Cramlington Village.

Keith Woodrow lead the way with a brace followed by further strikes from Tom Dodds, Mike Adams, James Bell and Darren Bainbridge. Dale Crawford and Scot Bell got the Village goals.

Hartford Village made it two wins from two games in beating Dinnington Village 4-2.

In Steve Devon they had the game's outstanding performer, scoring one of the goals with Dave Forster, Aubrey Rutherford and Ross Armstrong completing the tally.

Mark Dummett and Tony Robson were on target for Dinnington.

Jesmond Lonsdale went down 2-1 to improving Benedictine after an excellent game.

Dave Hewitt and Chris Godfrey getting the Bebe goals with the Lonsdale reply form Josh Walker.

Newy promoted Seaton Sluice are not having matters there own way in this division.

They had to pull out all of the stops in a 3-3 draw with New Hartley, who fully deserved a share of the spoils.

Dave Brotherick, Terry Clough and Chris Major were the Sluice scorers with the Hartley replies from Mike Fenwick, Scot Dodds and Mark Evans.

It was back to back wins for Procter & Gamble who beat Phoenix 4-2 with goals from Andy Breeze and an Andy Simpson hat-trick.

Mike Don and Chris Reed replied for Phoenix.

New Hartley Community looked like recording their first victory but it was not to be against Dudley.

Leading 3-0 at one stage they looked to be cruising with goals from Richard Wilson (2) and Gary Wilson.

However, Dudley had other ideas and struck back with five of the best for an exciting 5-3 win.

Gareth Taylor grabbing a hat-trick with one apiece for Joe Cartwright and Neil Barker.

Newsham Victory had striker Paul Stevens on a brace in his side's 3-1 win over Longbenton Charnwood, with the other goal from Paul Bertram, while Wayne Latimer found the target for Charnwood.
