Blacks find their shooting boots to sting the Hornets

SOME midweek shooting practice paid off as Whitley Bay Boys’ Club Under-10 Blacks Blacks went goal crazy ahainst Tynemouth United Hornets.

It took ten minutes before the deadlock was broken but after that the floodgates opened as seven more goals were added in the first half.

The second half followed the same pattern as the first as the Blacks continued to pass the ball around and create chance after chance.

Eight goals were added in the second half with Tynemouth getting a consolation.

Goalscorers for Blacks were Kennedy (4), Maddison (4), Diamond (4), Armstrong (2), Rawlinson and Dunn.
