The penultimate league game of the season saw Whitley Bay Boys Club U10 Blacks record a comfortable 8-0 victory over Cramlington United to extend their long unbeaten run.

A goal inside the first minute set the tone for the match when Rawlinson converted a long throw from Diamond.

Maddison doubled the lead after ten minutes with an audacious chip from distance before a cool finish from Diamond following a pinpoint through ball from Maddison completed the first half scoring.

Once again Wills and Dunn stayed strong at the back which meant that Smith in goal was never seriously tested.

In the second half Diamond secured a well deserved hat-trick, the third of which was a cheeky back heel past the keeper.

Armstrong and Perry both got on the score sheet with good strikes before Wills once again scored direct from a corner with virtually the last kick of the game.
