CUP holders Wallsend Labour won the Combination Cup for a second successive year after defeating Commercial in a gripping encounter at Dunston Breweries.

Even the penalty shoot-out after the scores were 3-3 after extra time proved to be nail biting stuff.

Record goalscorer Scott Lumley showed he still has plenty of ability with a hat-trick for Wallsend.

Kevin Hughes received the man of the match award for Wallsend, his seventh award so far this season.
