WHITLEY Bay Boys Club Whites beat a determined North Fordley Falcons 3-0.
The visitors were first to show and a good Falcons cross was headed clear by Ben Reid.
Whites fought back with Harry Richardson and Jake Hill going close.
Their defence of Nathan Lea, Ben Reid, Sam Petty and goalkeeper Fred McKenzie all held firm.
The second half saw the Whites take the game to the opposition.
Sam Petty ran nearly the whole length of the pitch and his shot from the right wing was cleared.
The Whites finally broke the deadlock when Harrison scored with a fine solo effort.
A second followed when Chris Allen beat two defenders with some neat foot work and slotted the ball through to Harrison who held off a defender to fire home.
A third goal put the game beyond the Falcons. Will McCamley dribbled past one defender, turned inside another, then let rip a fierce shot which the keeper had no chance of saving.
A great result for the Whites which keeps them near the top of the table.
