Whitley Bay were first out of the hat when the draw was made for the second round of the FA Vase on Monday lunchtime.
The four times winners of the competition will be at home to Runcorn Town from the North West Counties League with the tie to be played on Saturday, November 16.
Runcorn are currently third in the league, having won ten and lost four of their league games to date.
This will be the first time that the sides have met.
In other local ties, North Shields will travel to Dunston UTS if they can win their replay at Crook Town, while Ashington welcome Worksop Parramore to Woodhorn Lane.
Newcastle Benfield will be at home to Cheadle Town and Morpeth Town have a trip to the Lincolnshire coast to take on Cleethorpes Town.
