Tynemouth Cricket Club are holding their 167th AGM in the Pavilion at Preston Avenue next week.
It will take place on Wednesday, March 5, from 7.30pm.
The management committee and team captains will be elected and several items are up for discussion.
Chairman Russell Perry is encouraging old and new members to attend.
As well as securing the services of South African professional Ruhan Pretorious again, Tynemouth will also be able to call on Durham County Cricket Club all-rounder Andrew Ireland.
Preparations for the 2014 season are already under way with an ongoing series of indoor senior sessions on Monday nights from 8pm to 10pm at Kings Priory Academy.

The club also start indoor practices for young players at Hadrian Leisure Centre in Wallsend starting Sunday, March 9.

The installation of a second cricket square on the adjacent King’s Square Field has taken well and usage is being targeted for Spring 2015.
An artificial wicket, fencing on the Preston Avenue boundary, score box, sight screens and dug outs are all imminent and should be ready for this April.
