Whitley Warriors are urging supporters to ‘Join the Tribe’ on Sunday evening when they face-off against Solway Sharks in a NIHL North Division 1 match at Hillheads Ice Rink in Whitley Bay.

The entire Warriors organisation are hoping that their promotion will see their biggest home crowd of the campaign as they look to get back to winning ways and end the season with as many points as possible.

Warriors have already got the better of the Sharks once this term and they will be looking to claim another victory over Martin Grubb’s side from the Scottish borders.

Fans are encouraged to bring along family and friends who may have never been to an ice hockey game before and experience a night of family entertainment.

The game gets under-way on Sunday at 5pm with doors opening at 4.30pm.

Tickets are priced at £8 for adults and £6 for children while a family ticket for £23.

Supporters will also be able to buy a match night programme to keep up to date with all the latest hockey news and for their chance to take part in the ‘Hillheads Hot Shot’ out on the ice during the second interval.

Fans can also buy tickets to take part in the 50/50 raffle.
