A photographer has snapped up two awards for her pictures of babies.

Tina Stobbs, who is re-branding her business to Captured Forever, received two bronze awards from The Guild of Photographers for her pictures of Charlie, aged five weeks, and Cohen, three-days-old.

This is an amazing achievement.

Tina, originally from New Zealand, but who has lived in North Tyneside for 17 years, said: “This is an amazing achievement I am delighted to have received. The competition each month is judged from thousands of entries.

“It is made all the more special as I am just about to celebrate the first birthday of specialising in newborn photography.”

Tina, a former HR director started her business as ‘I Just Love this Photography’ in 2013 to devote more time to her family and embrace her passion for photography.

And to mark her first year, Tina is holding a birthday event on July 4, inviting more than 50 babies she has photographed within the last year to an afternoon tea at Olives at the Station in Whitley Bay.
