Sun dial car park isn't for council staff

MY wife and I have been using the car park at the Sun Dial wildlife park since it was made.
We use it to walk the dog and to feed the ducks, geese, and swans. We were always glad to have somewhere to park the car, but the way things
are going, we will not be able to leave the car there soon.

Since the council have moved in across the r
oad, with their own huge car parks, I have noticed the wildlife car park filling with cars – the owners were not wildlife fans, but council workers.

I watched them after they had locked their cars up, and they went into the council offices and the JobCentre offices.

If I was to try and park my car in their car parks, I would be turned away pretty quick. Why do they need the public car park?

Where are we supposed to park our cars when they finally take all the spaces?

I suppose I am asking too much for the council to put up a notice saying "This car park is not for council staff"?
