There are so many ways you can get involved with supporting the life-saving work of the BHF – from placin
g collection boxes and volunteering in a BHF Shop to organising your own event, such as a coffee morning.
You only have to give the time you can afford – whether it's a regular day a week or a few hours a year. Whatever you choose to do, you'll be able to take pride in the fact you've taken time to help the charity's work in saving lives and fighting heart disease.
