Michael and Ashleigh Donald offer their knowledge and training skills to hotels, tour agencies and restaurants.

They believe that with the continued regeneration of Whitley Bay spearheading a wider strategy for the whole of North Tyneside's coast, the visitor economy in the region is poised for further growth.

Halo Business Consulting will help companies to capitalise on this growing opportunity.

Michael and Ashleigh have more than 30 years’ collective experience and their service offers flexible support to businesses in key areas of customer experience, operations, marketing and communications.

“We are thrilled to return to the North East to set up Halo Business Consulting, at a time when investment and interest in this region are at an all-time high” said Ashleigh, who is originally from Gosforth.

Michael added: “Having worked with some of the world's most discerning clientele, we are committed to guiding companies on how to provide excellence in their service delivery and external communications.”

Michael and Ashleigh’s love of coastal life brought them to Whitley Bay where their consultancy is based, while representing clients on both a local and global scale.
