A clinic has appointed a new member of staff to help promote healthy eating.

Cath Riley, a nutritional coach, is joining the team at the Whitley Bay Clinic to help support those looking for a healthier way of living.

Cath, will be a welcome addition to the team, and a support to our clients.

Clinic director Lisa Crowther

Her philosophy focuses on eating clean, delicious food, thinking smartly about specific nutritional requirements and developing healthful habits.

Cath said: “Most people understand the basic principles of healthy eating, but somehow struggle to change the way they eat.

“A little dedicated time with a nutritional coach gives you the focus to figure out what is great about the food you eat, what changes need to be made and how to overcome any obstacles that may stand in your way.”

The Clinic, in Marine Avenue, is holding a free informative talk on Tuesday, May 5, at 6pm, where Cath will pass on her tips and offer complimentary nutritious treats.

It will be followed by a free 15 minute personal consultation to see if nutritional coaching would help.
