Film buff Vivien Forbes has proved she’s a glass act by putting her movie knowledge to the test and naming four big-screen stars for a competition run by Monkseaton’s Robinson Optometrists. Vivien, of Tynemouth won a pair of Ray-Ban sunglasses as a prize, and she is pictured here being presented with them by optometrist director Nigel Robinson.
“I am absolutely delighted as I never to seem to win anything,” she said.
Vivien’s entry was drawn from a host of correct entries.
Entrants were asked to name four movie stars depicted on a wall frieze at the Front Street practice.
The cinema icons entrants had to identify were Jean-Paul Belmondo, Elizabeth Taylor, Alfred Hitchcock and Brigitte Bardot.
