Generous shoppers helped raise £125 for a borough organisation.
Volunteers from the North Tyneside Disability Forum (NTDF) organised a bag pack fundraiser at the Iceland store in the Forum shopping Centre in Wallsend.
Among those who took part were young ambassador Mathew Hall, chief officer Sue Adams, administrator Annie Alexander, trustee Maureen Pethrick and lead community worker Liz Turnbull.
Sue said: “It’s about more than raising monies, it’s about raising awareness of NTDF’s services and speaking with local people about what they need and how we can assist them.”
The £125 raised will be used to support disabled services across the NTDF organisation.
