Firm help out school with £150 donation

Pupils are set for a summer of sport thanks to a £150 donation by repairs and maintenance provider, Kier North Tyneside.

Hadrian Park school in Wallsend, received the donation after one of the school’s governors applied for support through Kier’s corporate request committee.

The donation was used to buy new PE equipment.

School governor Stuart Whitingham said: “Sport is a big focus at Hadrian Park.

“The new equipment we’ve purchased with Kier’s donation enables our pupils to really get involved in activities.
