A host of fun and games for all the family are planned at an annual fair.
The Linskill Centre, in North Shields, is holding its annual Summer Fair on Saturday, July 18, from 11am to 3pm.
Activities include outdoor fun, live music, art exhibitions, wine tasting, trade stalls, food and drink, magic shows, visits from fairy tale characters, Punch & Judy, bouncy castle, facepainter Sarah Black, and more.
More than 30 local exhibitors will be showcasing a range of products from crafts, homemade gifts and jewellery to plants and original works of art.
There will also be a chance to chat to representatives of a wide range of local community and health groups and an opportunity to meet local business advice organisations.
Families will be able to step inside a world made entirely of books, which is being created especially for the event by the North Tyneside Art Studio, and there will be a chance to try your hand at creating your very own prints using various techniques with help from local artists.
Entry is free.
