A host of activities have been planned to keep youngsters entertained during their half term holidays.
The series of events planned from Monday, May 25, to Friday, May 29, will offer something for children of all ages and interests, as well as some suited to children with disabilities.
Daily sessions will be held at St Mary’s Lighthouse, in Whitley Bay, as part of North Sea Week.
The sessions will have various activities celebrating the North Sea and its wildlife, with guests from Northumberland Wildlife Trust, ORCA, BDMLR, NIFCA, St Mary’s Seal Watch and Blyth Wildlife Rescue on hand to answer any questions. There will also be a popular rock pool ramble. For more information call (0191) 200 8650.
